ARRIVAL

Arrive 10 minutes prior to your first visit to allow time to check in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will, unfortunately, limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

LATE POLICY

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value.

Cancellation Policy

A 1-hour notice is required for us to reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability.

Prices of Service

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a guest but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Payments

We appreciate cash payments. We also accept card payments (VISA & MASTERCARD only) with $2 fee every $100.

Age Requirements

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive services unless accompanied by an adult.

Quiet Environment

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and all mobile devices must be turned off or put on silent when checking in.
