Q1 Etiquette

For your total comfort and guaranteed satisfaction, kindly abide by our etiquette philosophies. We respectfully request that all visitors must keep noise to a minimum. Do not bring children and leave them unattended, to avoid discomfort to other spa goers. Please refrain from bringing cellular phones and other electronic devices within the vicinity of the spa treatment room. Be reminded that you are in a professional spa therapy operation and so do not expect anything other than therapeutic or spa services.

Q2 Reservations

Advance booking prior to your arrival is recommended. Please email us at  info@thesensela.com or give us a call (323) 499-1320 to reserve your preferred date and time treatment.

Q3 Book a Group or Events

Yes! We host private events and parties of six or more. Email us at info@thesensela.com for more information.

Q7 Spa Treatment

We open from 10 am to 10 pm every day. We accept the last booking at no later than 9 pm.

Q8 Spa Consideration

Guest with high blood pressure, heart ailment or pregnancy or who has other medical complications is advised to consult a doctor before signing up for any spa service. Please be reminded that we are not responsible for any health circumstances that may occur during the treatment.

Q10 Where and how can I make my reservation?

You can make your reservation by phone 1 day ahead of your schedule. Same day appointment is available subject to space availability.

Q12 What proper clothing should I wear during my treatment?

You can wear anything comfortable. We provide a massage sheet to cover your body during massage.

Q13 Do you have any service charge or what is your tipping policy?

Our massage therapists are important to us; we have searched high and low for top quality body-work experts. In order to keep our prices low and our customers and therapists happy, we suggest $10 for a 30-minutes, $20 for 60-minutes and $30 over for a 90-minute massage.

Q14 How can I be sure that my health is not at stake during my treatment?

Our spa promotes for our clients Good Health, so rest assured that our therapists are experts and professionals. But kindly advise us regarding your health situation or any medical complications and please ask the recommendation of your doctor before signing up for any spa service to avoid health complications.

Q15 What is the refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please request for ne therapist or refund within 15 minutes.

NO REFUND will be issued after your time has elapsed.
